Stubborn Weather

We have taken another Ice Measurement, and the ice refuses to thicken. We have had a mild winter and spring has not proven to be aggressive either. We are expecting a couple of cold days here in the interior, so maybe that will change things. Ice is measuring at 29 inches as of March 9th.
